This peculiar armor was invented by a myconid pixie named Frill, with the assistance of the Druid known as the Mistress. It is made of plates of yellowish orange mushroom that have been alchemically hardened. Softer mushrooms line the inside of the armor to provide padding, though they tend to expel clouds of spores whenever you move. Perception checks involving scent have advantage against a wearer of this armor.
This armor does not affect stealth checks. When hit with a piercing, bludgeoning or slashing attack, Armor of Spores has a 10% chance to release a cloud of choking spores. If spores are released, any creatures within 5 feet of the wearer that are not Fey or Undead must make a DC13 constitution save or be Poisoned for 1 minute and take 2d4 poison damage, taking half as much damage on a successful save.
Half plate consists of shaped metal plates that cover most of the wearer's body. It does not include leg protection beyond simple greaves that are attached with leather straps.
Notes: Bonus: Armor Class, Damage: Poison, Poisoned, You need to take 10 minutes to get used to the spores. (Druid and Fey only), Combat, Warding, Stealth Disadvantage
