Amulet of Osteofortis

Unlike the disease osteoporosis that has stricken many with weak bones The Amulet of Osteofortis fortifies your bones and makes them as strong as metal. As a bonus action you can activate this amulet to do one of three different things. 

1. Grow bone splinters from your hand converting your unarmed damage from bludgeoning to piercing (adds +1 to unarmed damage rolls) 

2. Harden your bones to reinforce your bludgeoning damage causing your strikes to break through magical protection (counts your fist as a magical weapon) 

3. Extend your fingers into a large hand blade converting your unarmed damage from bludgeoning to slashing (adds +1 to hit)

 This alteration lasts for 10 minutes. The Amulet holds 5 charges which upon completing a long rest you restore 1d4+1 charges.
