One rune lights up on the weapon and the target's corpse is immediately raised by a dybbuk, as if under the Possess Corpse ability. The dybbuk is under your control as if by a permanent Planar Binding Spell
One rune lights up and the target’s corpse is immediately raised by dybuk, under targets control as if permanent planar binding.

So long as all 5 runes are lit, Man Cleaver goes from Yearning to Thirsting, enhacing those abilities.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
