Arrows blessed by Shevarash

Those well-made, elven arrows were blessed by Shevarash, the demigod of revenge, and are dedicated equipment to fight drow. While they look like regular, nonmagical, arrows with black fletching and symbol of an arrow, broken over a tear, their true potential shows when fighting their intended foes.

If you use those arrows against drow, treat this arrow as arrow +1. Also on hit, drow targets receive additional 2d4 radiant damage. If you use it against any creature that isn’t drow, treat them like regular arrows.

Additionally, if there is any drow in 30ft. range, the arrow's fletchings turn blood-red.

Notes: Damage: Radiant
