Angel's Tear

Whilst wearing this necklace and anytime you are inflicted with poison, you may use an action to make a DC15 Constitution saving throw. On a successful save, the poison effect is absorbed into the pendant. On a failed save, you are poisoned.

Additionally, you can use an action to cast the ray of sickness spell at a target creature you can see. You can only cast this if poisoned is already stored in the pendant.
