Wondrous Item, artifact
This beautiful amulet given to you by a friendly Gem Dragon contains a single scale. This scale powers only one line of powers for this potent artifact. The amulet has space for a total of 5 dragon scales. Each must be provided willingly by a gem dragon of adult age or greater. As each new scale is introduced, new abilities are awakened in the amulet and each new scale amplifies the abilities of each other scale. The following table lays out the progression of each power.
