Wondrous Item, unknown rarity

An Aurumatic Transference Mechanism (ATM) is a 5' by 5' booth that contains a special Bag of Holding that is
connected to a network of other Bags of Holding throughout the realm, including some in large, well-protected
banks in the major cities. It exists to give adventurers the ability to store excess gold pieces for safekeeping, and
to provide access to that gold when needed.

An ATM can only be used when one person is within the booth, has the door closed, has a Stone of Authentication,
and has spoken the stone's passphrase (10 INT saving throw, increasing by 5 for each unsuccessful attempt).

A person has 3 attempts to speak the proper passphrase: if they fail, they take 3d8 lightning damage, are stunned
for 10 minutes, and the ATM will emit a wailing sound to alert the local authorities of an attempt to steal someone else's gold.

Once the holder of the Stone is authenticated, the ATM will accept one of the following commands:

- "I wish to deposit ### gold pieces"

After this command is spoken, a panel in the booth will open, revealing an empty space to place the
deposit.  When the stated amount to be deposited is placed in the space, the panel will close, the Stone will produce a
small chime, the holder's current account balance is displayed on the Stone for 6 seconds, after which the door will open.

- "I wish to check my balance"

After this command is spoken, the holder's current account balance will be displayed on the Stone for 6 seconds.

- "I wish to withdraw ### gold pieces"

After this command is spoken, and if the holder of the Stone has the requested amount of gold pieces in their account,
a panel in the booth will open, revealing the requested gold pieces. If they do not, the Stone will produce a small electric jolt,
not enough to cause damage.

- "Goodbye"

After this command is spoken, the door will open. Any further use of the ATM will require re-authentication.
