Amulet of Desecration

This amulet is carved from the petrified heart of an ogre and shaped like a screaming humanoid skull, with emerald eyes. It hangs from an iron chain necklace.

The amulet is a Tiny object with AC 17, 3 hit points, and immunity to all types of damage except radiant damage. A detect evil and good spell or similar magic reveals that the amulet has been desecrated. As long as it has at least 1 hit point, the amulet has the following magical properties:

• Turn Resistance Aura. Any undead creature you create within 30 feet of you has advantage on saving throws against any effect that turns undead.
• Abhorrent Curse. When you cast a spell while you are holding or wearing the amulet, you can momentarily curse one creature targeted by the spell; choose one ability score, and until the end of your next turn, the creature has disadvantage on ability checks and saving throws that use that ability. This property can’t be used again until the next sunrise.
• Antilife. Dead creatures within 30 feet of the amulet can’t be brought back to life.
