A mysterious shred of parchment made from a smooth, skin-like hide. It appears blank but can not be written on as any ink placed on it dissolves immediately. If a creature attempts to damage or destroy the parchment in any way, roll a D100. On a 1, the creature takes 100d10 psychic damage and does not get to make any death-saving throws. On a 2-99 the creature makes a Wisdom saving throw, (DC 18) taking 15d10 psychic damage on a failure. On a 100 roll, the attacking creature is knocked unconscious and awakens in 1d10 minutes. The parchment is not damaged by any attack, magical or otherwise, and has immunity to all damage. Upon becoming attuned to the item the wielder SPOILER.
