Answers to your Questions (Book)

A pristine golden book, glittering and enchanting, this book's cover has "Answers to your Questions" etched onto it. Upon opening the book, it's perfectly crisp and unmarked pages await for a question to be written in it. 

Once a question is written in the book, roll a d100. If the result lands between 95-100 (a 5% chance of success, could also use a d20 and try to roll a 20), your question will be answered honestly and with as much clarity and information as possible to answer the question to completion. 

If the roll fails, the question cannot be asked again (even in a reworded format).
