Amulet of Feather Fall

This amulet is little more than a quartz-studded silver feather token on a light chain. As a reaction while falling, one may press the small quartz crystal at its centre, reproducing the effects of the feather fall spell at 1st level.

This item has three charges. When the last charge is used, the crystal at its centre goes dark and it becomes a mundane necklace.
