Ring, unknown rarity (requires attunement)
This broken horn has been redesigned with an iron infused enamel plating to add an additional 1d4 piercing damage to any head related melee attacks.
The inside has been hollowed out and rigged with a pressurized system that will inject the user with whatever elixir or potion it is filled with if the user twists the horn to the right.
The band used to attach the horn back to the stump has been designed to assist in regaining one spell slot of 3rd level or lower once per day
Notes: Damage: Piercing
