When equipped, it will add +2 to an equipped bow. However, it will add this same bonus to any equipped range weapon, so some manual management/adjustment may be required.
Damage may be rolled normally from the bow.
Player needs to decrease a "charge" each time they use an arrow which is non-recoverable per their DM.
