Wondrous Item, legendary
By drinking this flask in its entirety you regain one expended spell slot. The slot can be no higher than 5th level, but can be used to restore spell slots equal to 5th level.
The flask itself seem to be growing small crystals from the glass, but rather than being a separate entity it seems the crystals are a part of the flask itself.
It would seem the Flask turns a bonfire's heat cold. We do not know why but undead seem to have a attraction to these flasks and seems to hunt them down for some reason. There arent many like it but the effects are clear as day, if only there was a way to make more.
