Amulet of the Twin Serpent

This amulet increases your Elemental Affinity Point Maximum by 1 while you are attuned. In addition, once per long rest when you cast a 3rd level spell or lower that targets one creature, you can add a second target to the effect that is within 10 ft of the original target. You make a separate attack roll (or the target makes a separate saving throw) and resolve the spell effects as normal.
