Agdon’s scarf is a bright blue length of cloth that he claims was woven from lightning bolts he stole right out from under a dark cloud.
A creature attuned to the scarf gains the following benefits:
- Increase your movement speed by 10 feet
- You can cast Haste spell on yourself. You can do so four times, and expended uses recharge after a long rest.
A creature can grab the Scarf as an action, requiring a successful dc 17 Strength Check (Athletics). If successful, the attuned creature speed is halved and cannot move more than 15ft. away from whomever has grabbed it.
