While this carved stone semblance of a cat's head is on your person, you gain a passive +1 bonus to ability checks and saving throws.
This item begins with 4 charges. These charges can be expended one at a time to create an effect similar to the Lucky feat; wherein whenever you make an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw, you can spend one charge to roll an additional d20. You can choose to spend one charge after you roll the die, but before the outcome is determined. You choose which of the d20s is used for the attack roll, ability check, or saving throw.
If all charges are expended, roll a d20. On 1, the amulet loses all magical properties and is rendered broken and useless. On a 20, the amulet remains intact, though it gains 1 charge. Any other roll has no effect and the amulet can be charged as normal after a long rest. This roll cannot be affected by any modifiers.
Notes: Bonus: Ability Checks, Bonus: Saving Throws, Bonus: Initiative, Buff
