lets you cast spells to grapple and restrain enemies
while attuned you get a +1 to all strength checks to grapple a target. while raging you can grapple targets that are one size category larger than you without them automatically succeeding and you get a +2 to grapple checks against target of equal size, +3 against targets of sizes smaller than you.
you have a limited use of the spells per day, you regain the use of all slots at dawn each day, the number of slots and at what level slots you have and what spells you can use are determined by your barbarian level.
It is a chunk of dark amber that resembles an onion inside a gold inlay with a ironwood chain. glows when wearer is raging.
