The blade of this greatsword is crafted from infernal steel and adorned with the bones of those who fell in the Holy War. Engraved with the runes of an ancient phrase, it signals the winds of change.
You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls with this magic weapon. When you hit with it, the target takes an extra 2d6 necrotic damage. While attuned to it, you have advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened as well resistance to fire damage.
Sea of Retribution. As an action, you can brandish Felicity, unleashing a wave of ash and brimstone. Each creature in a 60-foot-cone must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 12d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. This property can't be used again until you finish a long rest.
Storm the Gates. As an bonus action, you can hold Felicity aloft and utter a battle cry in Infernal, bolstering your allies with fiendish power. Each creature of your choosing within 30 feet of you gains temporary hit points equal to twice your Charisma modifier and advantage on attack rolls until the start of your next turn. Sentience. Felicity is a sentient lawful evil weapon with an Intelligence of 14, Wisdom of 14, and Charisma of 18. She has hearing and truesight out to a range of 120 feet. She can communicate telepathically with her wielder, even when on different planes of existence, and can speak, read, and understand Common and Infernal.
Personality. Felicity is an erinyes who fell from the Seven Heavens after committing a grievous sin. As a result, she has tossed any form of modesty aside and takes the time to enjoy any carnal pleasure that she can. Incredibly playful and overbearing, she is likely to tease her wielder as well as offer them (multiple) nights with her. She conceals her hatred for the gods behind a façade of not understanding the point of religion. However, should she find someone that shares a background similar to hers, Felicity may become overprotective, viciously defending anyone who would dare to harm her wielder.
Shapechange. As an action, Felicity can polymorph back into her original erinyes form. While in this form, she wields a phantom copy of her sword form with all of the same properties that replaces the longsword in her stat block. She can still telepathically communicate with her wielder and confer the benefits of being attuned to her. At any point, she can polymorph back into her sword form.
