Auto-Regulatory Shield

This Shield gives the user an additional +1 AC alongside the standard AC of a shield. The Auto-Regulatory Shield is made so that it responds to the user's intuition and willpower, essentially linked into their neural system. As a free action the shield can be withdrew and released from its bracelet form on the user's wrist. Allowing for quick access to additional cover at any moment. 

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
