Wondrous Item, unknown rarity (requires attunement by a Wizard, Cleric, Pact of the Tome)
A tome of mysterious origin from a forgotten desert city. Rumors hint that it is one of several powerful tomes by the same author.
When attuned, this book can be used as a spellcasting focus. This item has 2 charges. When casting a spell while using this item as your spellcasting focus, you can expend a charge to ignore all material component requirements for that spell. The tome regains all expended charges at dawn.
Notes: Wizard, Cleric, Pact of the Tome, Focus
