Cumulus Burst:
A burst of lightning and fog that spans in a 15ft sphere erupts from the two weapons when they collide with each other. On collision, every creature within the radius of you must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 4d6 lightning damage and 4d6 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The lightning ignites flammable objects in the area that aren't being worn or carried.
Proficiency with a Warhammer allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
