An impossibly thin piece of obsidian adorns an ornate hilt of ebony with gold filigree and rubies set in its base.
Little is known about the origin of this dagger. It is said that the blade is made of the first piece of obsidian produced by the volcano Ekrixi. At some point in its journey to you, dark energies hardened this blade beyond belief. It is up to you to wield it with responsibility.
Properties
Anathema is a +1 dagger. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
Marked for Death. Once per short rest, you can mark a creature within 60 feet for death for one minute. Any attacks made with Anathema on this creature have advantage and deal an extra 2d6 necrotic damage. If the creature dies before the end of this effect, you can use a bonus action to move the mark to another creature within range
Once per long rest, after you hit a target with a ranged attack with Anathema, you can use your bonus action to blink to the target, as if you made a melee attack instead.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
