Amulet of Asgorath - Level 1

The amulet has a teardrop large ruby set within a gold flame, it is said to contain the flames of the primordial Asgorath, creator of dragonkind. 

The amulet has 1 charges for the following properties. It regains 1 charge every 2 hours it is immersed in fire. If you expend the last charge, the amulet can only be re-ignited by dragon fire.

Color Flames. While wearing the amulet, the user can freely change the color of any fire magic they use. 

Fire Absorption. The amulet can absorb fire spells up to Level 1, but not cantrips. Spells can only be absorbed if there is an empty charge in the amulet, and they directly target the wearer. These charges can then be used to return the fire as a Hellish Rebuke (1 charges).
