An arrow of web is magic ammunition meant to restrain its target. A creature restrained by the webs can use its action to make a Strength check against DC 15. If it succeeds, it is no longer restrained. The webs are flammable. Any web exposed to fire burns away in 1 round, dealing 2d4 fire damage to any creature that starts its turn in the fire.
Once an arrow of web deals its damage to a creature, it becomes a nonmagical arrow. The arrow regains the 1 expended charge daily at dawn. This arrow can't be broken, except when it is within an antimagic field.
Other types of magic ammunition of this kind exist, such as bolts of web meant for a crossbow, though arrows are most common.
