When you put on these wristbands, your fists count as magical weapons with a bonus of +3. When you wear this item, your melee attacks do an extra 2d6 force damage and any weapon you use becomes magical as well. While you wield that weapon is becomes a +2 weapon and does an extra 1d6 force damage.

You can also have the benefit of the energy over your body, not just your hands. As an action, you can switch to defense mode, where you don't have any of the benefits above but your AC increases by 3.
