A finely crafted blade with a vibrant purple stone set in the hilt
You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
Ioun Stone - Reserve. The vibrant purple stone stores spells cast into it, holding them until you use them. The stone can store up to three 3 levels worth of spells at a time. When found, it contains 1d4-1 levels of stored spells.
Any creature can cast a spell of 1st through 3rd level into the stone by touching the dagger as the spell is cast. The spell has no effect, other than to be stored in the stone. If the stone can't hold the spell, the spell is expended without effect. The level of the slot used to cast the spell determines how much space it uses.
While this dagger is in hand and attuned, you can cast any spell stored in it. The spell uses the slot level, spell save DC, spell attack bonus, and spell casting ability of the original caster, but is otherwise treated as if you cast the spell. The spell cast from the stone is no longer stored in it, freeing up space.
A spell can be cast as a bonus action, or a reaction, as long as the spell is normally cast at those times.
Under the DM's Discretion - while contact is made with the dagger any spell cast, even if not directed at the dagger, would be absorbed by the stone or fully dissipated if the stone is full. This could also apply to any caster that has been stabbed by the blade, absorbing or nullifying any use of magic while in direct contact with the dagger.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, Damage, Combat, Finesse, Light, Thrown, Nick
