Wondrous Item, rare
The skull of a large raven hangs from a simple black cord. Two feathers hang on either side, held in place with golden beads. This Item was created as a gift from the Raven Queen to a Divination Wizard, and as such it emanates Divination and Necrotic magic.
If worn by a Divination Wizard, this amulet grants the following effect. You may roll your Portant 4 times and only take the highest and lowest score. If the Divination Wizard has access to three uses of their Portant Ability, the third Portant is unaffected by this amulet.
