Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
This golden amulet has a white gem inlaid in the center. If you listen to it for a while you may hear wispers or murmmering.
As part of a short rest, you can choose to sit and listen to the amulet for 1 hour. Doing so will grant you proficiency with the Charisma (Deception) skill if not all ready avalible to the wearer. If the wearer already has proficiency with Charisma (Deception) they may take another proficiency with another Charisma skill, such as persuasion. You may do this once overall.
You can cast Vicious Mockery, Regardless of class, or known cantrips.
- You may expend 2 charges of the Amulet of The Silver Tongue to gain advantage on ALL Charisma checks for the next hour. However, if you are attempting to make a charisma check to lie, persuade, or intimidate. The one you are lying to, persuading, or intimidating, has advantage as well on a contesting ability check. Such as Wisdom (Insight).
- As an action, you can expend 3 charges to invade a creature's mind and bombard them with insults and lies. The creature can make a Wisdom save with a DC equal to your Charisma ability score minus their Wisdom Modifier. On failed save, they take 2d10 psychic damage and make the creature frightened of you for 1 round. And half as much damage without being frightened of you.
- As a reaction, You can expend 5 charges to automatically succeed a charisma save regardless of conditions such as charmed, you can not take this reaction if a condition specifies you can't take reactions. Alternatively, you can expend 5 charges to make a creature automatically fail a spell IF the spell being cast requires verbal components.
Notes: Communication, Social, Necklace, enchantment
