Wrym scale mail is made of the scales of one kind of dragon. Sometimes dragons collect their cast-off scales and gift them to humanoids. Other times, hunters carefully skin and preserve the hide of a dead dragon. In either case, dragon scale mail is highly valued.

While wearing this armor, you gain a +3 bonus to AC, you have advantage on saving throws against the Frightful Presence and breath weapons of dragons, and you have immunity to fire damage.

you can expend 1 charge to unleash a wave of fire, ash and smoke around you the smoke and ash envelops you, for 1d4 minuets the surrounding 10ft is treated as a darkness spell giving attackers disadvantage. the wave of fire spreads from you for 30 ft in all directions any creatures in the area must make a DC 19 Dex save or take 10d10 fire damage if a creature fails a saving throw by 5 is set on fire and must use their action to put out the fire.     

in addition you can cast fireball 

This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
