Wielding this item allows the user to gain +2 intelligence.
As an action, the user of this staff can emit a blinding ray of force from the tip. The blast deals 4d6+PB damage and the target is knocked prone. The target must make a constitution saving throw (Save DC 8+PB+int mod), taking only half damage on a success and not being knocked prone.
The wielder of this item gains access to all wizard spells, even if not a wizard.
As a bonus action, you can cast mage hand from this item.

Gave this to one of my players. At first, it seems overpowered. However, when used against Acerak in Tomb of Annihilation, it's fairly underpowered.
