By blood, I make this oath of The Gunslingers,

To wield the terrible and awesome power of my firearm.

It is a gift I shall share with no one, lest it be taken from my corpse.

I swear to uphold this oath and to never divulge the secrets of this fearsome technology.

It shall not leave my person nor shall I loan it to any nation or state.

I swear to never be indebted to any government or person that would seek to sway me from this path.

I swear to never ally myself with another gunslinger, nor to form a militia of gunslingers.

Only to hunt and kill breakers of this oath shall I join with another.

I am indebted to no one and earn everything.

My actions shall only ever sever The Gunslingers Oath and my own selfish gain.

This contract is the first, only, and last oath I will ever make.

To any gunner who breaks this oath, I swear to hunt them down.

Ending their life with their own weapon.

Should I break this oath, may the same fate come to me.

I swear to uphold this oath...Gunners gonna gun.

Curse. This item is cursed. Attuning to it curses you until you are targeted by a remove curse spell or similar magic. 

If you die while not in possession of your firearm the oath casts resurrection on you. If you are killed by your own weapon the spell does not happen. After completing the oath, its entire script is encoded magically onto your palm pistol. The script is invisible to all who have not made the Gunslinger's Oath. Along the barrel of your palm pistol appears the weapon's name (your choice) this name is visible to all.
