Transmorphic Water is water that has been imbued with the spell of Polymorph. It transfroms a creature who drinks it based on the color of the water. The transformation lasts for 1 hour. If it is imbued with True Polymorph by a powerful wizard, the effects stay for 5 hours and can be permanent. Anyone who drinks a True Polymorph imbued water must succeed on a DC 15 constituition saving throw or have the effects of the potion be permanent. True Transmorphic water tends to have blue corks so it is distinct and both types of water have an image on them showing what creature you are turned into.

Orange: Construct
Yellow: Humanoid
Green: Plant
Blue: Ooze
Purple: Abberation
Black: Undead
Brown: Beast
