You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
You can blink this item back to your possession as long as it is within 100 ft of you.
Additionally as long as you hit with a Sneak Attack you deal maximum damage.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, 20th level Rouge, Damage, Combat, Finesse, Light, Thrown, Nick

Posted Mar 21, 2019max damage makes it overpowered and is only useful to rogues. proficiency with a weapon also ALWAYS lets you add you proficiency modifier to the attack role so idk why you bothered stating it here. bit redundant. what sort of action is it to blink it back to you? try again and resubmit for a reduced grade :p

Posted Mar 22, 2019It is only for a 20th level rogue anyway and I literally made it to post off a murder hobo in my games so overpowered is intended and they automatically add the proficiency thing that wasn't me.
