This orb contains immense destructive potential when tapped directly into the Weave.
A creature may spend 10 minutes installing the bomb in a location within 5ft, after which it is immovably bound to the local Weave. If no Weave is present, the bomb cannot be installed. Only the creature responsible for installing the bomb may safely interact with the device in order to detonate, defuse or uninstall it. Other creatures must succeed on an arcana check equal to the spell-save DC of the installer. On a pass, they successfully interact with the device, on a failure the device explodes.
1 hour after installation the bomb reaches maximum power and a creature within 5 feet may use an action to begin the detonation sequence. Unless a creature uses a subsequent action to defuse the device, the bomb explodes after 30 seconds.
When detonated the bomb deals 100d6 damage to all creatures and objects within 500ft, and destroys the Weave within a 10 miles radius of the explosion, permanently rendering arcane spellcasting impossible.
