A remnant from an ancient cult, long forgotten.

• While wearing the item, you have advantage on Intelligence (Arcana) checks to identify magical creatures, items, spells and effects.
• While wearing the item, you can once per long rest apply one of the following metamagic effects to a spell cast:
  - Empower (When you roll damage for a spell, you can spend 1 sorcery point to reroll a number of the damage dice up to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one). You must use the new rolls.)
  - Subtle (When you cast a spell, cast it without any somatic or verbal components.)
  - Careful (When you cast a spell that forces other creatures to make a saving throw, you can protect some of those creatures from the spell’s full force. Choose a number of those creatures up to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one creature). A chosen creature automatically succeeds on its saving throw against the spell.)
• While wearing the item, you can use an action to cast the following spell: identify (1 charge). If used, the amulet recharges the spell the next dawn.
