Arrow of Fog Cloud

As an action, you fire this arrow at a location of your choice you can see within weapon range, (including midair).  Upon arriving where fired, fog billows out to conceal the area location exactly as if you had cast Fog Cloud on the area.

Once it hits a target, the ammunition is no longer magical.
