This is a neck slot item and is a toe of an ancient dragon.
The wearer can make a blast 5 of force in the form of a shout. Any creature of medium size or smaller will have to make a dexterity saving throw. If they fail, they will be thrown back 15 feet (3 squares) and knocked prone. If they are thrown back into an object, the creature takes 1d6 bludgeoning damage upon impact.
*This power causes the wearer's throat to be irritated so it can only be used once per day and will only recharge after a long rest. This power has a boom effect and can be heard by any creature in a 100 foot radius.
