Wondrous Item, uncommon

Rattling around inside this simple glass jar is a 1/10th-scale miniature of a door. As an action, you can open the jar near a point on the ground within 5 feet of you, or break it on the ground at a point within 20 feet of you, conjuring a full-size door and door frame matching the one that had been in the bottle, which sprout up from that point.

The door is of typical Medium humanoid size, wide and tall enough for any Medium creature to walk through easily. A wall is likewise conjured immediately following the door, which extends out from the door frame to create a barrier connecting to the floor and any nearby walls, up to a total of 10 feet wide and 10 feet tall. The wall is 6 inches thick and made from the same material as the walls to which it attaches (or the floor, if there are no walls close enough to where the door was conjured).

When the door first appears, it is mostly closed but slightly ajar. The door can be closed and locked in the same manner as any typical door, and its locking mechanism appears on the same side of the door as the creature that opened or broke the jar. When the door appears, the jar (or its pieces) simultaneously disintegrate and disappear. The door and the wall created around it disappear 1d12 hours after the door is placed, or if a hole is created in the door or its surrounding wall that is 1 square foot in area or larger. When closed and locked, the door can be forced open by using an action to make a sufficient Strength (Athletics) check, or to pick its lock with a sufficient Dexterity (Thieves' tools) check, the DC of which correspond to the door's material and construction. The material and construction of the door, and therefore its strength and security are determined by the rarity of the jar.

After they are created, the door and its conjured wall are considered to be nonmagical material with properties identical to any other normal material of that type. Regardless of the material of the door or its surrounding wall, the disintegrate spell instantly creates a hole in them of sufficient size to dispel the entire conjuration immediately.
