The user has +5 to hit. the damage is 1d10+5. if a natural 19 or 20 is rolled the arrow will burst into flames dealing an initial 2d6 points of fire damage. the target then must make a successful savings throw against breath weapon or burst into flame taking the amount of damage originally rolled for the initial flaming arrow (without the arrow damage only the fire) every round until the fire is doused in water or the target is dead. (note: this is magic fire only 3 gallons of water produced from a create water spell will douse the fire. the dungeon master has final say though.) The bow also grants: Draconic (reading/writing/speech), infravision 100', 10% breath weapon (fire only) immunity /20% magic fire immunity / 100% normal fire immunity and coin vision (OPTIONAL) grants the ability to "sense" the presence of nearby gold coins and other coins.(copper,silver, E.T.C)
CURSE: Greed, makes the user feel as though anything valuable belongs to him and he will go to any "distance" to get what he wants. Paranoia, do i really have to explain. Dragon's pride (OPTIONAL) the player now thinks as a dragon they will take nearly everything as an insult and will think of themselves over any one else thinking their superior to all so they'll put their own lives before others.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
