Astral Bowstring

This silvery-white bowstring is supposedly made from a fragment from the stars themselves. Twice per day, you can choose to shoot an Astral Arrow from a bow strung with this bowstring. If the arrow hits it deals its regular damage but also leaves 1d4 glowing radiant motes which shed bright light for 5 feet and dim light for 15 feet around the creature hit by the arrow. Any attacks rolls against the creature are increased by the number of radiant motes around them and when a creature with radiant motes is hit by an attack one of the motes is destroyed and the attack deals an extra 1d4 radiant damage.
