While wearing this necklace, you can breathe and move normally under water, and you cannot be made wet by outside factors. While submerged in a body of liquid this does not grant you the ability to breathe underwater with any additional effectiveness then you normally could. You swim normally, water simply does not stick to you and if you are wet upon putting this amulet on, all external liquids are removed from your body.
