The amulet is a two-sided pendant. The pendant will change appearance on one side to match the God/Patron of the wearer. The reverse side is always a sigil of Cyric, the god of lies and trickery. the pendant hangs from either a black or silver chain depending on the alignment of those it is attuned to. Evil alignments have a fully black chain. Good alignments have a fully silver chain. Those with a neutral alignment have an alternating pattern of silver and black links.
The wearer may use a bonus action to change the appearance of which god/patron is displayed on the pendant.
Each use will cost 1 charge.
While speaking the wearer is able to turn any truth into a lie or lie into truth while outside of a zone of truth or similar effect. When this effect is activated the wearer is granted a silver tongue effect in which whatever they say will be viewed as being fact unless it is will lead to direct self-harm or goes against the very nature of the creature. Selected creatures within 20 ft must pass a DC 20 intelligence check if the fact goes against something they know to be true. On a successful check, the creature will know that it is being lied to.
