Wondrous Item, uncommon

A decorative ceramic decanter with the likeness of a green dragon with folded wings perched on a rocky summit. The rock is inscribed with Elvish runes that read "A warming draught to friend and foe alike." The spout of the decanter is housed in the dragons open mouth so that liquid is poured as if breathed from the dragon, the tail makes up the handle and the wings make up the lid of the decanter.

When the lid is opened the decanter can be seen to have two compartments each with a hole leading to the spout, meaning two different liquids can be poured into the decanter without mixing. Two scales on the dragons tail are missing, making two holes which can be covered by a creature holding the decanter. These holes are noticed by creatures with a passive perception of 16 or higher.

If both holes are covered no liquid pours from the dragons mouth.  If both holes are uncovered the two liquids mix in the spout as they both pour out. Covering a single hole causes one of the liquids to pour out while the other remains in its half of the decanter. A creature holding the decanter can therefore choose which liquid is poured from the decanter as they are pouring.

A creature with a passive perception greater than the passive Slight of Hand of the creature pouring will notice if the creature changes its hand position between pouring.
