Amulet of Meditative Focus

This simple silver amulet contains a small piece of quartz crystal that looks beautiful but does not seem to be particularly valuable.  If however you focus on the crystal a sense of intense calm settles on the mind and you fall unconscious for the next ten minutes. This effect ends early if you take damage or someone uses an action to shake or slap you awake. If you remain unconscious for the full duration, you gain the benefit of a short rest.  You cannot be affected by this amulet or the Catnap spell until you finish a long rest.
