Wondrous Item, uncommon
An arrow of fog cloud is magic ammunition meant to obscure the vision of its target with a fog cloud. In addition to normal arrow damage, upon impact fog spreads to cover a 20-foot-radius and its area is heavily obscured. The fog lasts for 1 hour or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it.
Once an arrow of fog cloud deals its damage to a creature, it becomes a nonmagical arrow. The arrow regains the 1 expended charge daily at dawn. This arrow can’t be broken, except when it is within an antimagic field.
Other types of magic ammunition of this kind exist, such as bolts of fog cloud meant for a crossbow, though arrows are most common.
