The Arrow of Beaming is a magic arrow and works like any other arrow except that prior to firing the arrow the archer may choose to teleport with the arrow to a visible target within the range of the weapon being used. On a successful hit, the archer appears at the destination of the arrow or if the arrow hits a target creature then the archer would appear in a random adjacent 5 ft square.

Shots towards destinations will be given an AC based upon the difficulty of the shot by the DM to be known only by the DM. A missed shot will still teleport the archer to the new destination.
