This weapon was forged by a barbarian that wanted to throw his axe without actually throwing it.
When using this weapon, you may apply your Strength or Dexterity modifier for your attack rolls.
On a critical hit, you may use a bonus action to pull your target towards you. Target must then make a successful Dexterity saving throw, or fall prone on a failure.
When making an attack roll, on a critical failure, the user takes 1d10 slashing damage.
