Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Sentient creature and incur 2d8 psychic damage)
It appears as a small hard orb like a fish eye until it bonds in attunement with a host's flesh at which time it develops as a third eye.
The third eye provides the host with increased perception and alertness. If the host uses an action to concentrate they are also able to employ the effects of clairvoyance. It understands Deep Speech but can speak telepathically with its host once bonded.
Symbiotic Nature - This cannot be removed while you are attuned to it, and you cannot voluntarily end your attunement to it. If you are targeted by a spell that ends a curse, your attunement to it ends, and it leaves your body.
