You have a +1 bonus to AC while wearing this armor. The Arachnid Assault Armour was crafted by Modrell Maldenkian, the chief Artificer of Atlantis, from the remains of a large spider-like construct. A true technological wonder, the armour is able to detect nervous impulses directly from the wearer and enable control over six large scythe-tipped legs, thereby giving the wearer the ability to climb like an arachnid.
Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
